What is the Ethics Hotline?
It is a mechanism that handles reports of activities that violate the law and the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, conduct that violates human rights, and inappropriate or undesirable behavior within the Company. Confidentiality is maintained throughout the process, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality from the beginning to the end of the case.
Any employee, supplier, client, and/or third party related to MFJ SILUETA PERFECTA can file a report through the Ethics Hotline.
What situations can be reported to the Ethics Hotline?
◾ Participation in activities, businesses, or operations that violate the law.
◾ Misuse of the Company's confidential information.
◾ Misuse of the Company's assets and resources. Abuse of the Company's employee conditions for personal benefit.
◾ Falsification of contracts, reports, or Company information.
◾ Conflicts of interest.
◾ Misappropriation of resources.
◾ Acceptance of gifts, favors, invitations, trips, or any payment from third parties in general.
◾ Participation in suspicious activities related to money laundering, bribery, or corruption.
